MBSR @WORK - mindfulness in the workplace: "Take care of yourself"
This seminar series is an introduction to mindfulness in the workplace and is based on the MBSR concept (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) by Prof. Dr. John Kabat-Zinn. Each online module lasts 60 minutes and can be attended on its own or as part of the seminar series. Requirements: a room with as little disturbance as possible or a headset, a PC with camera Please log in on time, preferably a few minutes early. You will be introduced to the topic and will practice a 20-minute mindfulness exercise. The speaker will be available to answer questions about the topic and the exercises. Module 8: How can I further integrate mindfulness into my life / into the workplace.
